THYE FISHING VILLAGE, BEDONG – 25 OCT 2014

We carry forward our burning desire and relentless enthusiasm to perform better on day 2 and score the legendary Milkfish lol. At least one of us should land one as that is the target that I set for this trip. We start our day around “6.00am” and to my surprise we had a very low bite rate. Siakap @ Barramundi are no longer chasing lures and they are also not keen in eating our dead bait as I believe it is no longer fresh. We manage to land a couple of Barramundi during the morning session and surely we hope things will pickup toward the end of this day.

We soon split into two team, Shamin and her hubby head to Pond 1 while me and AG continue on fishing in Pond 3 and 2. Resulted a couple more Siakap using pallet as our main bait. Then, Shamin ran toward of hut asking for the net! Finally they manage to hook a record breaker Milkfish. Finally the objective of this trip has been accomplish.

We continue on fishing towards the end of the day. The second session kick-off after we had our lunch. Shamin Team continue to stay at Pond 1, while me and AG head to Pond 2 with bucket full of live Tilapia haha. Live bait was quite fun, out of 20 bait fish i think we land 16 Siakap during the evening. I am not going to write more about this trip and left you guys with beautiful video composed by Shamin and AG. This 2 day trip will definitely go down as one of the best trip in 2014.
